American style IPA (India Pale Ale) craft beer, American style, IPA (India Pale Ale), unpasteurised, unpasteurised, naturally fermented for a minimum of 23 days and then dry-hopped.
Our IPA has a strong bitter aftertaste characteristic of the style, then a long, aromatic aftertaste with tropical, citrus notes characteristic of special overseas hops.
It's made with 3 types of malt, 3 types of American hops and a special top-fermenting yeast.
