Beer description
A blend of our Ybirá Una (“wild imperial Porter” that was matured in oak barrels with our microflora) with the base of Baltic Porter Sassafras and Coffee. A dark beer, light acidity, winey touch, anise notes and a medium body. If you like acidity, store it for 6 months at room temperature, in a ventilated and dark place.
