ZalaZ - Barley Wine Café (8 Years)

A powerful beer, aged in French oak barrels for 1 year, which previously stored our French Oak Moonshine, after having been used for fortified wine. Right after leaving the barrel, it received our coffees, grown, harvested and roasted here. An addition that brought a lot of balance to this base.
