A pure expression of our experience.
#11 has a Belgian base, from the first beer we produced. This time, fermented in wooden barrels with our microflora, it has transformed and brought the wild and spontaneous characteristics of these microorganisms; a lactic acidity and notes of yellow fruits. Produced in early 2020, it now arrives to toast this evolution!
