Beer description
Ajucá (indigenous party in Tupi Guarani) is our barrel aged beer that was created to celebrate the party. It was released during our first festival "from farm to cup" and at the same time, during the "EurHop" in Italy, big celebration times.
Ajucá is a blend of beers that has been aged on average of 330 days on Oak barrels that previously had "Cachaça". It was refermented in the barrel with our house wild yeast and bottle condition for over 7 months.
