Beer description
HMS Beagle, in collaboration with the Darwin brewery in Argentina, is a Hop Sour with added lactose and the use of farmhouse yeast Kveik from the Hornidal strain. Constructed with a well-worked water in chloride to enhance 4 types of malts, oat flakes and lactose. Acidification via lactic fermentation with Lactobacilus buchneri and bitterness from Australian Ella hops and for aroma and flavor via late insertions and double dry hopping, of North American Lemondrop and Amarillo hops.
