Zapata Podzim

Podzim, autumn in Czech, a beer to accompany the falling leaves and the chill coming. Worked in light brewing water and balanced in a blend of malts, mainly Pilsen, Munich and Pale Ale, which bring malty aroma. A czech hopping from Sladek, Premiant and Kazbek to ensure just the right amount of bitterness with fruity profiles and light citricity. Mild malty flavor with hints of biscuit.
