Beer description

Creamy, fine foam that adheres to the glass forms on average stable on this deep amber-colored beer, which fills the glass slightly cloudy. Intense citrus-fruity aromas and light peach notes find their way into the nose alongside weak nutty notes. The beer then lives up to its name when it is first drunk. A very intense but not intrusive bitterness with a clear citrus-fruity acidity makes you want more. Great interplay of bitter and aromatic hops. Restrained but appropriate carbonation, which is able to set short accents in the middle part. A light nutty almond bitter comes through increasingly and accompanies the fruity acidity. Creamy mouthfeel with now stronger bitter impressions. In the aftertaste it is now also bitter in the extremely harmonious and perfectly coordinated interplay of acidic fruitiness and bitter hops. Long fading bitterness.
