Zeeuwsche Witte is a typical wheat beer. This high-protein grain gives the beer a full and creamy taste. The spicy character is formed by the addition of curacao and coriander. The beer undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle which gives it a very fine foam structure. Like all beers of the Halve Maan it is a top fermentation beer.
