The tradition of Haler beer dates back into 1996. At that time, the Haler brewery was among first microbreweries that started to brew lager beer in a small village named Olimje pri Podčetrtku. But it is not only beer that makes the place recognized to many people. The place is known also for the restaurant and there are also rooms and apartments to rent. And it is not only lager one can get. There are also dark beer, radler with lime flavour and green Haler beer offered. The process of brewing green Haler beer is taken after a German recepie. It is classic lager strongly flavoured with hops. One can taste the flavouring of bitters intertwined between two Slovenian hop varieties, which are Aurora and Savinjski Golding, and also other aromatic hop varaities. And it is not only the finest hop varaities that make the beer unique but there are also carefully chosen ingridients of barley malt, yeast and water added.
