Zen - Dram

This is a collaborative contribution to 4th Aniversary of Scotch88 Whisky Community. To celebrate this date we brewed a Double Mashed Imperial Stout with a record length brewday, which overloaded our mashtun with huge amounts of specialty grains. To complete our collaboration we have split the batch in two and finished one with 5% addition of Single Malt Scotch Whisky "Caol Ila 2010 Single Barrel with finish in Moscatel Roxo" created by Scyfion Choice (strength 58.9% vol).
