Brauerei Zipfelbier - Winterbock

The beer presents itself in a dark amber color with fine pored foam. Golden reflections are visible. The nose opens first with a floral note, immediately followed by notes of orange peel, dark brioche, cloves, honey and some nutmeg. The mouth presents a full texture with fine carbonation. In addition, flavors of orange peel, honey, dark brioche and some lime blossom emerge. The beer is present for quite some time after swallowing. The mouthfeel is full-bodied and harmonious.
