The main fermentation takes place in open vats. By fermenting in lager tanks, the beer gets a full bread flavor. Of course, there is a six-week stay in the lager cellars. The beer is characterized by medium fullness and aftertaste. Pleasant hop aroma and balanced bitterness encourages further drinking.
