Beer description
For the production of beer, brewery used three types of barley malt from the humn malt house in Záhlinice. The 11% rotunda is cooked decoction to two mash and hopped only with Czech hops. The main fermentation takes place at the cellar with subsequent fermentation in lager tanks. The aroma of beer has a caramel and slightly hop aroma. With the first sip, you will feel the full malty body of the beer with a caramel bitter taste.
