In cooperation with the Ampelos company and the Research Institute of Brewing and Malting, the Znojmo City Brewery brewed a special, top-fermented beer. It is of the Ale type, with a strong fruit characteristic. The beer is even more special with hops, whose aroma is reminiscent of Sauvignon blanc.
