Beer description
Blended from two wine barrels containing mixed culture spelt saison. The blend refermented on Apricots from Hoch orchard for 2 months before a third fermentation in the keg. Sprtizy and tart with zippy layers of funk and apricot preserves. Best enjoyed on our patio among spring flowers and friends
