Catarina Sour with Guava.
The Copa Crisp is a tribute to Brazil's first recognized beer style, the Catarina Sour.
In the glass, the Copa Crisp appears in a very light straw yellow to pale gold. Typical for the style is the lively, fine carbonation and a white, fizzy foam crown. The aroma is dominated by the fruit, without seeming artificial. The acidity brings a clean, lactic note to the background, hinting at freshness. The malt base (Pilsner and wheat malt) remains discreet and at most delivers a subtle hint of light dough. The name "Crisp" says it all. The beer is extremely slim and dry.
