Beer description

The Murder on the Dancefloor is a Pale Ale that doesn't attack the palate with gentleness, but with a rhythmic force of contrasts. The combination of Slovenian Power hop Styrian Eureka with German Flavor hop Tango creates a dramatic performance between earthiness and pure fruit. Here is the profile for this "deadly" good Pale Ale: The beer shimmers in a mild amber to copper color - a dramatic look. It is slightly opalescent (naturally cloudy) and has a compact, beige foam. The name says it all: On the "dancefloor" of the nose, two worlds collide harshly. The Styrian Eureka brings a dark, almost dangerous spiciness into play with hints of dark berries (blackberry, black currant), combined with a resinous, slightly resinous note and a hint of pine. The Tango, on the other hand, whirls in with a passionate fruitiness. It delivers intense flavors of passion fruit, mango, and zesty lemon, breaking up the heavy profile of the Styrian Eureka. The first sip is a real bang! The rhythm: A solid malt foundation with light caramel and biscuit notes catches the hop attack. Gradually, the bitterness comes through. It remains dry and resinous on the palate and immediately demands the next sip. In conclusion: Murder on the Dancefloor is not a Pale Ale for casual drinking. It is a strong, characterful beer for people who love hops with edges and corners.
