Beer description

Sommertraum is a summery, fresh, fruity beer in which the addition of the special Cascade hops in the lager tank allows the intense aroma of the hops to fully develop. The addition of the hops in the lager tank, known as cold hopping, goes back to the traditional brewing method. Sommertraum is not filtered and is completely natural. The beer is a classic seasonal beer that is brewed and served only in summer.
