Compared to Bani's Garage, our brewery today resembles a castle :) Despite the 'next level', we wanted to retain the homely feel of the garage brewery and during the renovation we made sure that there was a balance between functionality, guidelines and cosiness. The actual production area is located in the upper part of the restaurant. Brewing, fermentation and bottling all take place on this elevated platform. In this way we save distances, can guarantee hygiene and keep the quality of the products as high as possible. The lower half of the room serves as a storage room for cases, bottles, kegs, etc. and houses the office and a toilet. In the anteroom of the restaurant there is a walk-in cold room for storing our potable gold. You can find more photos of the brewery here in our gallery. With the 500 liter system and two 1,400 liter fermentation and storage tanks, the production capacity is around 1,000 liters per month. Our microbrewery aims to produce 12,000 liters of 'Ägeri Spezial' each year.
