The master brewer René Jacobsen originally comes from northern Germany. After graduating from high school, René came to Bavaria to learn the art of beer-making. René Jacobsen graduated as a master brewer at the TU in Berlin. René has been responsible for our airport brewery since 2013. The likeable two-meter man with his calm North German style brews the beers in Airbräu according to his own ideas and likes to develop new recipes. The mixture of traditional inn and international airport makes his job particularly exciting, says René. And if you like our home-brewed beer and you see it brewing on the kettles, then it is guaranteed to be praised.
