In 2006, the two craft beer enthusiasts Otto Dilba and Dean Coffey decided on the site of the former Angelic Brewing Company in Madison, Wisconsin, to realize their dream of owning a brewery together and founded the Ale Asylum Brewery. With the expansion in autumn 2012, they consolidated their prestigious stand in the craft beer scene. The extensive range ensures creative variety.
