Inspired by the sun, life, and music in and around our home in Cape Town and Stellenbosch, Apollo Brewing Company was formed by friends on a mission to produce real, flavourful craft beer of exceptional quality. What started as an enthusiastic hobby turned into a passion for fine flavour derived from the best available ingredients and local water. Only the finest ingredients can produce the greatest beers.
