Baff Beer

Baff, Craft Brewery of the Fioretti Family, was born from the idea and passion of Piero and Massimiliano Fioretti. As a result of this passion and love for their land, here are Baff craft beers, brewed entirely at the Lecce plant, which allows us to spe- cialise raw materials, explore taste, refine quality and test new ingredients and essences linked to the territory, in a mix of traditions, fragrances and exclusive flavours, reinterpreted in a modern key for all palates. Our aspiration? To offer a product that young people like, that is versatile and alternative, in a region that has always been dominated by the culture of wine; to produce artisanal and refined beers that are on the menu not only of pubs or pizzerias, but also of the best restaurants; to reach the general public, with an innovative, genuine, price-competitive, strictly quality product, in line with the excellence that distinguishes the eno-gastro- nomic heritage of our country and its vocation for food tourism.
