Thanks to the reconstruction in 2015/2016, the first Balloon brewery was built in the hotel, which follows the history of 1597, when the brewery was already in the hotel. The founder was Samuel Radešínský. They are proud to revert to this tradition and the name Samuel will be used for their first beer - light eleven.The history of the brewery in Radešín dates back to the 16th century. An important date is the year 1597, when Samuel Radešínský from Radešovice comes to Radešín. This year he rebuilt a Renaissance fortress (today's Balloon Chateau) and initiated the establishment of the Radesin brewery. In the 17th century, the Radešín brewery was one of the two breweries owned by the Žďár Monastery. It is said that over 1,000 barrels were brewed annually. At this original location today stands the Balloon Hotel and Brewery.The balloon brewery was opened on April 13, 2016. In the former canteen, a brewery was built, with a brewhouse, the heart of the brewery. The brewhouse volume is 10 hl. There are 23 ripening tanks, each with a capacity of 10 hl.
