It all started in 2014 with my mother's election as mayor of Glashütten and the promise: "If you become mayor, I'll brew your own beer!" And so it was. My mother won the election. We bought equipment and I started brewing BBB in the unused slaughterhouse of my friend Alexander Majunke. It is still part of our regular range today. Since our first brewing creation, we have tried new recipes, brewed seasonal craft beer specialties such as Black & Lecker, Imperial Pils and Zwick'l and shared them with our growing community of beer enthusiasts. We served beer at the Glashüttener Waldweihnacht until it was sold out and personally invited our customers to our brewing events and gave them an insight into the brewing process. Our brewery combines traditional craft brewing with the zeitgeist of the craft beer movement. The combination of the tried and tested and the new shapes the unique taste character of our beers. Our big dream is to one day grow our brewing grain and some of our hops ourselves under biologically controlled standards. Until then, enjoy our current range.
