Biercito Cerveza Artesanal was born in 2014 thanks to Adelina and Alexander, a Mexican-German couple passionate about creating new flavor experiences. It all starts with Alexander, who living with Adelina in Mexico, gets bored of the national beer, since it lacked that unique artisanal touch. Fascinated by the exotic flavors of the Oaxacan coast, he decides to combine them with German brewing methods to create a distinctive and unique craft beer. This is how the first tests begin with ingredients imported from Germany.
