Description
The production of the Doge Brewery is taken care of down to the smallest detail: raw materials selected by suppliers of the highest quality are combined with spring water and give the beers the characteristic lightness that is typical of the German taste and therefore suitable for every palate. Each beer of the brewery is strongly influenced by their style: For each beer, in fact, various malt and hops are used, following the traditional recipe, which is then interpreted by the brewer based on taste trends and water hardness.
