The Bitburger Brewery - founded in 1817 - has been in the family business right from the start (for 7 generations). The Bitburger brand is the flagship of the Bitburger Brewery Group and nationally known. The slogan "Bitte ein Bit" was first used officially in 1951. In addition to the well-known Bitburger Premium Pils, the beers include various other types of beer, mixed beer drinks and non-alcoholic beers: for example, the classic mixed drinks Bitburger Radler and Bitburger Cola.
