All partners loved visiting different breweries around the country. The local craft beer market has exploded and we decided to create a brewery that the region could call our own. At Christmas 2010 one of the partners (Mandy) bought her husband (Brady) a last minute beer brewing kit and he fell in love with home brewing... and now we have our own 3200m2 brewery. We originally bought the property as an investment but the location (Pitney Street in South Waverly Borough) was too ideal for us to sell. We hold a federal license as a brewery and winery and a state license as a brewery, brewery bar and limited winery. This simply means that we are only allowed to sell what we make ourselves, in addition to Pennsylvania wines (we currently offer wines from Antler Ridge Winery and Grovedale Winery).
