In 1987, the three students Laura Urtnowski, Bernard Morin and Jean Morin decided to jointly open a brewery. From her idea arose the brewery Les Brasseurs du Nord (Boréale). Meanwhile, the microbrewery has focused on the ecologically sustainable production of superb craft beers, offering the internationally most popular beer styles in its core range.
