Brasserie de Verviers

La Brasserie de Verviers, formerly known as BrewLab, is a group of Verviers brewers driven by a love of malt and hops. We're part of a generation of brewers who began their brewing careers as amateurs, in their kitchens, out of a passion for craft beers and, more generally, tasty products. The desire to share this passion led us to start our adventure in 2014 in our small brewhouse set up in a former textile factory in Verviers. Made up of salvaged equipment, DIY and assemblies made by the team, the equipment at the start enabled us to brew 1/2 Hectolitre with each brew. At the end of 2016, with a view to professionalising the brewery and offering a wider range of products, as well as a volume capable of keeping up with the numerous requests, the team set about building a new brewing tool with a capacity of 3 Hectolitre per brew. The team meets as soon as possible to brew and rack the beers produced in-house. The recipes are all original and based on the search for new or special tastes, far removed from the great traditional standards known in Belgium.
