The desire to create our own beers has always been there, but it was during a tasting session in the Lausanne region by two enthusiasts that it became a reality. One thing led to another and Brasserie du Singe was born in June 2014. After some time of personal production and recipe development we are ready to share our passion with you. The Le Singe team is proud to present you with beers that are completely handcrafted and that, between flavour and history, will never cease to take you on a journey.
