Founded in Saizerais in 1998, La Châouette is a brewery producing traditional, organic beer.
For the record, "La Châouette" refers to the inhabitants of the village and means "owl" in the Lorraine dialect. It is a way of affirming our local identity and our roots in a Lorraine region with a long history of brewing.
