Founded more than 12 years ago, the PLORMEL brewery, located in the south of the Loire, brews only organic beers. These ALE-type craft beers are unfiltered, unpasteurized and naturally carbonated by secondary fermentation in the bottle. All the raw materials are selected with the greatest care and brewed according to recipes handed down, with a long and respectful processing of the beer. There are two ranges, La Barbotine and ERMIN!
