Description
We brew like brothers. The brothers Thomas and Matthias Bischoff have been brewing their beer creations with passion for eight years. Their 300-litre brewhouse is located in the former Kappeler tannery in Frauenfeld, and they use it to create a wide variety of sometimes unusual beer recipes. At the beginning of each brew is the idea of a beer style which the brothers refine according to their own ideas and write down in a recipe. From grinding the malt to filling the bottles, all the steps of traditional brewing are then carried out by hand in the rooms of the microbrewery. The result is surprising and unique beers that can be purchased and enjoyed mainly in the region.
