Description
Our beers are brewed strictly according to the German Purity Law of 1516. It stipulates the use of only malt, hops and water. Our first-class hops come from the growing areas of Tettnang, Spalt and Hallertau. All of the malts used come from malting plants in the region. We only use untreated spring water from our Limpurger mountains for brewing.
