Description
An old tradition characterizes the brewery Hönig in Tiefenellern. Since 1778 the brewery and the inn "Zur Post" are family owned. The brewing right exists since 1478 and can be documented. The inn was once an old post office. Here the horses were recaptured from Bamberg and with fresh strength they pulled the stagecoach up the Tiefenellerer Berg up to Hollfeld.
