Variety is one thing - quality is another: In our brewery, two types of beer (Vollbier Hell, Festbier Dunkel) are produced according to the best craft brewing art under the highest quality criteria, with the best ingredients and with a long maturation period: Beers with charm and character.
With an output of around 2,500 hectoliters a year, our family business is a small brewery. We deliberately set ourselves apart from industrial beer production and focus on quality. The "recipe for success" of our philosophy are the best ingredients, the strict adherence to the Bavarian purity law and a long maturing time of the beer. In our large storage cellar the barley juice matures for 12 to 14 weeks! Unthinkable and uneconomical for an industrially produced beer.
By the way, our beers are unfiltered, all flavors are still contained in them. Nevertheless, it presents itself brilliantly clear in the glass. This is due to the slow and cold fermentation and the cost-intensive near-freezing post-maturing in horizontal tanks. The suspended solids in the beer can settle peacefully during the three months of the "resting phase".
