Description
The Strauß Brewery is a small but very modern family business in Wettelsheim near Treuchtlingen. The Strauß Brewery was built in 1797. Owner and certified master brewer Karl Strauß has been running the business for over 30 years. The brewery exclusively produces bottom-fermented specialty beers. Despite constant modernization of the facilities, old traditions are still upheld. For example, draft beer in Wettelsheim is still available in rustic wooden barrels that the brewery taps itself.
