Description
The Ustersbach brewery employs 100 people in its own fleet. In 2014, the company was awarded the DLG's “Best of Gold Award” for the 21st time in a row and, since 2013, has received the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture's Federal Honor Award several times. The Ustersbach brewery has been certified since 2014 according to the International Food Standard (IFS, also International Featured Standard Food), the currently highest certification in the food sector. The brewery has its own 140 meter deep well from which the brewing water is extracted.
