Viktoria and Michael Edlmoser have established with the Læssiger wines a fixed size among the Austrian lifestyle wines. "High time for new things", thought the two and created recently, together with the friendly creative brewer Norbert Seifried exciting beers. Brewing lovers Læssiger reinterpret well-known beer styles, with freshness, fruitiness and light drinking pleasure in the foreground. In May 2019, the Læssiger Citra-Pils launched the debut album: a wonderfully fruity and sparkling pilsner with aromatic Citra hops.
