Description
In our brewery, we brew three types of beer in the traditional way in accordance with the German Purity Law of 1516. It is neither filtered nor pasteurised, thus retaining all its valuable ingredients and full flavour. The visible cloudiness, which indicates the presence of brewer's yeast, is therefore not a quality defect but a sign of natural freshness. Our varieties include the Pilsener, a dark beer in winter, the traditional Christmas beer and our quaffable wheat beer with a light banana flavour.
