Description
My name is Winfried Jäger. In the mid-seventies I trained as a brewer and maltster at the König Brewery in Duisburg. A few years later at the VLB (Experimental and Teaching Brewery) in Berlin successfully completed my diploma. Since January 1996, I brew the beer for the Kalkarer mill in Kalkar as an honorary brewmaster with about 10 volunteer brewers. Since 2010 I brew the Xantener Landbier for Xanten. In addition, there are now some seasonal beers.
