What does T.V. actually stand for ? The question is quite simple to answer. These are the initials of my name: Tobias Vincenti. From childhood on, my family, with three brewmasters, was all about beer. But it wasn't until my apprenticeship that I got a real overview of what a multifaceted product beer actually is. Through my studies in Weihenstephan and through numerous wage and trial brews in the brewhouse at home, I was able to immerse myself even more in the wonderful world of beer, which ultimately led me to the idea of T.V. beer. Bavarian tradition meets modern brewing art For many, or at least some, who like to drink beer, it is probably a dream to brew beer themselves. For me, it is my daily bread. But to leave the usual conventions of a family brewery and create products according to my own handwriting, combining old techniques with new processes, that was also a challenge for me. When I was able to hold the finished product in my hands, a dream came true for me, too. Cheers!
