Description

In the beginning it was only the idea to brew a beer for the moped club "Cobras". But when Arne, a trained brewer and maltster, presented the first results of his work, it soon became clear that he would deepen his love of hand brewing. Arne has always had a great interest in beer. When he saw the job advertisement of the Feldschlösschen Brewery in 2002 at the age of 17, he did not have to think twice. He submitted his application, this was successful and at the age of 18 he started training as a brewer and maltster in Hamminkeln. Three years later he finished with a very successful result. His subsequent journeyman time he spent among others at Feldschlösschen, a Krefelder and an Australian brewery and looked during this time in several other brewing kettle in the world. He deepened his interest and his craft skills around the subject of beer. The longtime friends Christian, Thorsten and Tim shared this interest and together they soon started their first brewing attempts. Since December 2012, the former "idea" has become a four-year micro-brewery. "Brauprojekt 777" is the name of this small, exclusive production plant in Spellen.
