We, Marcus Niehaus (biochemist) and Thorsten Hilker (business economist), are not trained brewers, but true beer lovers. We started in 2018 with a beer brewing kit from the internet. The hobby quickly developed and grew. The Breckbräu brewery has been a registered, commercial microbrewery since March 2021. In the meantime, we have put a 300-litre brewing system and a corresponding pressure fermentation tank into operation. We are constantly expanding our equipment in order to provide you with beer of the highest craft quality. We also have a brewing system for small brews, brewing trials and for brewing courses with a capacity of approx. 40 litres. We brew whatever we like, or whatever is requested. We brew a pale ale (Glörsch) and a cellar beer (Deller Keller) as standard. Of course we also try to adapt our range to the season!
