Their goal is to brew high quality special beers and to promote the local beer culture. This means that everything is brewed, from sour ale with hibiscus to black beer with coffee and chocolate notes to Indian pale ales with a strong hop taste, to enable a unique beer experience. They want to deliberately stand out from the relevant mass production of large economists and prove that it is possible to brew good beer on a small scale.
