In 1994, when Colorado's young craft beer industry got going, Mike and Amanda Bristol settled comfortably in the shadow of Pikes Peak and began brewing fresh, distinctive beers for the locals in Colorado Springs. Today, their beers are freshly tapped, available in six packs, four packs and barrels across the state. And Mike and Amanda are joined by a series of characters that cause magic every day in Bristol.
