Description
This all happens in the southern city of Maastricht in the former "Tapijnkazerne." Since 2015, the old military canteen has been transformed and has a new name: 'Tapijn Brasserie', a creative catering establishment where hospitality prevails, quality and honesty are paramount. In the old cellars of this 'nostalgic building' the company brews specialty beers from Maastricht with great care and attention. This means that 500 liters of beer flow from the cellars of the old canteen at a time.
